On some credits (at least on gigposters), the external links don’t appear unless they have a ‘Note’

Ok I’ve fixed this. I’ll also clean up the form to make it a little more compact. I don’t think the Notes field needs to be multiple lines.

I think they might also be better named ‘Display text’ or something similar rather than ‘Notes’, for a URL.
