BUG: Credit ordering + edit combined - FIXED

Steps to replicate:

In edit mode for an edition that has multiple credits, e.g. Selected Cantos - Books - ctlgs

  1. Use the arrow button to move a credit swapping it with a different credit
  2. Use either the Change OR Settings button to edit the credit that you just moved.
  3. Data still references what was previously in that position.

So moving credit #8 up to number #7, and editing has link information for the previous credit that occupied #7 and now sits at #8.
