How closely related must editions of a book be?

I assume different translations of the same work qualify. What about expanded editions?

Sorcery Against Caesar: The Complete Simon of Gitta Short Stories - Books - ctlgs contains basically the same material as Sorcery Against Caesar: The Complete Simon of Gitta Short Stories - Books - ctlgs , but Sorcery Against Caesar adds four stories and a poem. I linked them as editions of a book.

Arthurian Romances - Books - ctlgs contains four translations of romances. The Complete Romances of Chrétien de Troyes - Books - ctlgs contains different translations of the same four romances, but adds two others. I linked them as editions of a book.

Sir Gawain and the Green Knight - Books - ctlgs (Book) contains three different translations as editions, one of which I added.

I considered The Complete Story of the Grail - Books - ctlgs as possibly an edition of Perceval ou le Conte du Graal - Books - ctlgs , but each of the four continuations was longer than the original work so I decided no. As Chretien was named on the cover, I kept him as Author, but added the authors of the continuations as Contributing Writers.

Am I stretching the concept of a book as receptacle for related editions too far, or is this OK?
